Once your referral completes their solar installation and the system is activated, you both receive your rewards.

Once the system is installed and activated, your reward is issued by cheque or e-transfer within 30 days.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Requirements
Referral rewards are available to existing Xolar customers and members of the public who refer new residential solar customers.
Referrals must be new customers who have not previously contacted Xolar or requested a quote within the last 12 months.
The referred customer must complete a residential solar panel installation with a minimum system size of 5kW.
Rewards will be issued within 30 days after the referred system has been installed, inspected, and activated by the utility company.
Both the referrer and the referred customer must be Canadian residents with valid Canadian addresses.
Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Xolar employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible for referral rewards.
Commercial projects may qualify for different referral terms - please contact us for details.
Xolar reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request additional documentation before issuing rewards.
Fraudulent referrals or abuse of the referral program will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
Xolar reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with notice to active participants.
Rewards are considered taxable income in Canada. Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes.
By participating in the referral program, you agree to allow Xolar to use your first name and city for promotional purposes.
