0:02why did you start researching into going solar to begin with I really wanted to see what we can

0:09do to uh reduce our footprint and um be more conscious of protecting and saving

0:16our environment in whatever little way possible that we can do so that's why I put it to

0:25solar what are you looking forward to the most when you have solar well aside from the fact that you know

0:32it it makes us all you know the entire family feel good that um you know the The Almost 100% of our energy so far

0:41it's been 2 months and so far so good almost 100% of the energy that we consume uh that we use uh is basically

0:50energy that is equivalent to the amount of energy that the panels produce so really um we're that that makes us feel

0:59good why did you choose over other you know competitors or other companies offering the same

1:07service uh do my research and I spoke to at least three or four um providers and

1:16uh I ended up with Xolar because um I had a good rapport with Jack um and the what what he gave me the most confidence

1:25in terms of um I'm really information or data freak I suppose and he gave me a lot of

1:33information and he wasn't very pushy about the pitch and whatnot um is very

1:41um very fair and uh reasonable and uh you know I haven't

1:52regretted well the one thing I want to add is uh the other reason why um you know uh I really like Z is you know I

2:00had all these Ambitions of what a solar panel system would look like um and you guys talk me

2:08down talk me down into uh achieving you know getting those like the the battery system right the um storage system uh so

2:18you're very you know you could totally sell me the product right but you weren't confident that it's at the point where it should be yet so I appreciate

2:26that right that's that's um you know that's uh something that really is of value to me as a customer so thank
