0:09work in Tech um I've always been interested in solar energy I mean doing anything we can to help the planet uh

0:17seems like a good thing and so when we moved to this home I thought we have a great south facing exposure and lots of roof space so it seemed like the perfect

0:26opportunity for solar and then when the Greener homes GR Grant and Loan were announced it just seemed like something

0:32we had to do it would be um it would be a mistake to not even try to do that um yeah we use we have electric vehicles so

0:41it just seemed like a way to know that we were getting truly green energy to power our vehicles too we had already been looking at other solar companies

0:49and we'd um started the home inspection process and then um that company wasn't very responsive and we saw a couple

0:58errors in in their package that they' given us for information so we thought okay let's look for someone else and when we saw Zer everybody that we talked

1:07to was very responsive all the information seemed Fair high quality um so we felt confident going with them the care that the staff put into like all of

1:15the calls and responding to emails I had a lot of questions and I I was pretty informed on things and they were they

1:23always knew their stuff and and got back to me quickly so it was really the people I guess they were so friendly and and the the notifications they gave us

1:31when they were installing things it was made the process really easy for us and uh we actually were out of town when they were installing it cuz it was over

1:40March break and and we were out with the kids on vacation and they were able to still continue and and do the installation kind of neat to come home

1:48and have solar panels but I I definitely like monitor in the app how much we're generating and I'm always impressed that like today is a beautiful sunny day and

1:56we're getting full you know our full Tad and killow hours um here we can see how much we've produced so far we've only

2:04had our system for a couple weeks now um but that's it's getting up to about how much we use in a month so I think we

2:11should have a credit this this month uh it's yeah it's impressive it basically producing

2:19everything that I expected it to so when I look and I see it's producing 10 I'm pretty happy like today's curve is you

2:27just see in the morning it doesn't produce as much and then the afternoon it's just full green so it it's great and yeah it was great to work with them

2:35through that process yeah I really care about the environment I think a lot of people do these days um and wanting to

2:42have a minimal impact was is very important to me um so we have electric vehicles and solar just seemed like the perfect compliment to be able to know

2:51that the electricity going into those Vehicles was um coming from a sustainable source so everybody's been super responsive uh it's yeah they're

3:00great to work with I mean our roofs are there why not use them to generate power I think what really made me trust solar

3:07was just their communication they seem to be really upfront about things like they wouldn't they weren't hiding anything from us and um they were really

3:16easy to work with I feel like the benefits of this system are just going to grow over time yeah I'm happy with solar I'm happy we went with them um I

3:25wouldn't change our process it's been great
