In the Tigo app, go to ‘Configure Communication Settings.’ Choose ‘Scan for Nearby CCA’ and connect. Then, in ‘WiFi Settings,’ find your home network, enter the password, and voila. Once online, update the firmware (duration varies with internet speed). If the connection drops during the update, restart, or contact Tigo tech support. If your CCA kit can’t find your home network, consider a WiFi extender or a wired connection
Simply tap the ‘+’ button at the top to initiate a new system in Tigo, input your details, and create site
